Apartment booking

Please, make sure that you have reserved apartment, at least, one week before your arrival. Otherwise we cannot reserve for you concrete apartment, but we can offer you what are free now.

We will answer all your questions, book the selected apartment or offer you another apartment in Kharkov equal by price, quality or location.

Advance payment

Please make the deposit through Pay Pal in order to guarantee your reservation. Please deposit 50 Euro that will be included in the price of apartment rent We will help you to reserve apartment and will help with the way of an advance payment convenient for you. The advance payment enters into a total sum and is subtracted at final settlement. The rest of money you must pay first day of your arrival to Kharkov.
The deposit isn’t required from our frequent guests or in order if you don’t choose any particular apartment just providing us with general requirements concerning about location, price and the quality of apartment in Kharkov. We also don’t need the deposit if you book the apartment less then 3 days before the date of check in.

Reservation cancellation

If you cancel the reservation or change the dates of your visit (arrival date or date of departure for earlier) the deposit does not come back to you. If you want to leave apartment earlier than it was planned the payment doesnot come back to you.
If the agency for any reasons cannot give you the reserved apartment, we will offer you another apartment in Kharkov equal by price, quality as booking, or will return the deposit payment.

Installation without the reservation

If you have not reserved apartment in advance, you can contact us, and within 10-15 minutes we will give you the information about available apartments. If there is free apartment at the moment you can have apartment in one hour after your call.

Installation

Check in time is 14:00. Check out time is 12:00 (noon). Early check-in & late check-out is an additional 50% of one night's stay if the apartment is not booked.
In case of early check in or late departure form apartment in Kharkov please inform our manager. We will try to do our best for your comfort!
At the check in our manager will ask you to show the passport or other document proving the identity.

Meeting

Our manager will be glad to meet you at the airport, real way station or bus station and to bring you to apartment. A meeting at the Kharkov airport - , at real way station or bus station - .
At a meeting from 22.00 till 6.00 we will take and additional payment of .
If you don’t need an airport or real way station transfer you can take the keys to apartment in our office or our manager will be waiting for you in the apartment at the time of your arrival to hand over the keys and to show you the apartment.

Viewing of apartments

You can see catalog of our apartment on our site. Personal viewing of apartment is not possible, because most of apartments is for daily rent and they are occupied.
The agency does not take any responsibility for safety of your valuable things which are in apartment.
Our manager will check the apartment before your departure. If you have made any damage in the apartment you’ll have to pay the amount equal to the damage cost.
