Q: Where are your apartments located?
A: All our apartments are located in the center of Kharkov.
Q: What is included into the rent?
A: The apartment rent includes using of the apartment and all property for the paid rent period, all apartment
operating expenses and utility bills for the duration of your stay as well as apartment cleaning and bed linen
changing (once a week) services. International phone calls are extra paid.
Q: Are there TV programs in English?
A: Almost all our apartments have cable or satellite TV with English, French, German, Polish, Chinese channels.
Q: Can I smoke in the apartment?
A: Yes, you can. But you should smoke at the balcony in order not to have bad smell in the apartment. You should
respect the nonsmoking Customers who will stay in the apartment after you.
Q.: How will I get the key of the apartment? Will somebody be there to meet me or we should come to your office to pick up the keys?
A.: If you do not need an airport or station transfer you get the apartment keys in our office during the working
hours (Monday-Friday 10-18) or our manager will wait to you in apartment.
Q.: When is check-in and check out?
A.: Check in time is 14:00 unless previously agreed upon with Apartments Kharkov. Check out time is 12:00 (noon)
unless previously agreed with Apartments Kharkov. Early check-in & late check-out is an additional 50% of one night's
stay if the apartment is not booked.
Transfers
Q.: Where and by whom will I be met for my transfer?
A.: You will be met by a driver holding a sign with your name on it. If you arrive on an International flight, you will
be met at the airport exit. If you arrive by train you will be met near your carriage (you should tell us the number of
the carriage) or at the head of the train if you have not indicated your carriage.
Payment
Q.: Can I pay for the accommodation by a plastic card?
A.: If you choose to pay for the accommodation by VISA International, MasterCard to make the transaction, the card owner
has to arrive to the company office in person on the day of checking in. In the event of a late arrival, you can make such
payment in our office on the next day provided that you have paid for your first day in the apartment in cash when checking in.
Q.: Can I pay in cash when checking in?
A.: Yes, you can. If you choose to pay in cash during the check-in, you will have to pay the entire rent amount at once.
If the entire rent amount is not paid during the check-in, the procedure for paying the outstanding amount must be agreed
with the booking service managers no later than 24 hours prior to the check-in date. The outstanding amount may be paid in
our office or at the apartment.
Q.: Can I expect to get any discounts if I become a regular Apartments Kharkov client?
A.: Being oriented to long-term cooperation, we have devised a discount program for our regular clients.
